What's all the Buzz about FAU Football, and their new Stadium
Gracious as they ever were, this Howard Schenellenberger led Football team since its inception in 2001 stands out amongst the hundred or so Division I College Football teams in the nation.
Today they build a 30,000 seat Football stadium which will reach further out into the future allowing the established University (c.1961) new and limitless growth (http://www.faustadium.com/).

Schnellenberger first took the job at the beginning of the 21st century and has brought the team two Championships. Both the Motor City Bowl in 2008 verses Central Michigan and the New Orleans Bowl in 2007 versus Memphis highlight the programs history.
Having the confidence and knowing he can create a winner, Schnellenberger took the reins before there were reigns to take. Schnellenberger produced an Owl inspired staff and made well thought out decisions as the top man for the FAU faithful.
Next Saturday at FAU, on 4/23/2011 – starting at 2PM will be the first Spring Game Scrimmage of the year for the Owls. Both offense and defense will be on display as well as starters for those on the depth chart.
